Refund Policy – BSMP World

Thank you for your generous support of Bharateeya Santa Mahaa Parishhad (BSMP). We rely on voluntary contributions to advance our mission of promoting Bhārateeya culture, harmony, and spiritual unity. The following policy explains the circumstances under which donations may be refunded and the process for submitting refund requests.

 

General Policy

1. Donations made to BSMP are considered voluntary and non-refundable in most circumstances.

2. Contributions help support programs, operational activities, and community initiatives immediately upon receipt.

3. BSMP understands that errors or duplicate transactions may occur. In such cases, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation or incorrect amount).

  • A technical issue caused an unintended payment to BSMP.

Refund Requests Not Eligible:

  • Donations made for specific campaigns or fund drives already allocated.

  • Donations where a tax exemption certificate has been issued and utilized.

 

Time Limit for Requests

To be eligible for review, a refund request must be submitted in writing within 15 (fifteen) days from the date the donation was made.

 

How to Submit a Refund Request

  • Full name of the donor

  • Date of donation

  • Donation amount

  • Transaction or donation reference number

  • Mode of payment (e.g., credit card, online gateway)

  • Reason for the refund request

Requests may be subject to additional verification; please cooperate if BSMP requests further information.

 

Review and Decision

  • BSMP will review all eligible refund requests promptly.

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of BSMP and may be declined without detailed explanation.

 

Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

  • Processing may take 7–30 business days depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.
