Governance & Administration

This division ensures the smooth, ethical, and efficient functioning of the organization.

  • Objective: To oversee the overall management and strategic direction of BSMP, ensuring that all activities align with the organization’s mission and vision. This includes planning, organizing, leading, and controlling organizational resources effectively.
  • Who can volunteer: Individuals with experience in management, administration, strategic planning, or organizational development. Professionals with MBAs or a background in running organizations or departments are ideal.
  • Objective:
  • To manage the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and ensuring transparent accounting practices.
  • Who can volunteer:
  • Chartered accountants, bookkeepers, and individuals with a strong background in finance and accounting. Proficiency in accounting software and financial regulations is highly desirable.

Objective: To ensure that all activities of BSMP adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. This involves staying updated on relevant laws, developing compliance policies, and conducting internal audits.

    • Who can volunteer: Lawyers, legal advisors, company secretaries, and professionals with experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Objective:
  • To provide sound legal advice and support to the organization and its members on various matters. This includes contract reviews, dispute resolution, and guidance on legal issues.
  • Who can volunteer:
  • Qualified lawyers, legal practitioners, and retired judges who are willing to offer their expertise pro bono or at a nominal fee.

  • To analyze public policies and advocate for those that align with the principles of Bharateeya Sanskruti. This involves research, policy analysis, and engaging with policymakers.

  • To secure the financial resources necessary for BSMP’s various initiatives through fundraising, donation drives, and building relationships with donors and benefactors.

  • Objective: To manage the public image and communications of BSMP. This includes creating awareness about its activities through media relations, social media campaigns, and other promotional efforts.

Dharmic & Spiritual Services

This division focuses on the preservation, practice, and propagation of Dharmic traditions and spiritual knowledge.

  • Who can volunteer: Scholars, acharyas, and experienced practitioners with a deep understanding of Bharateeya philosophy and the ability to teach complex concepts in a simple manner.

  • Objective: To organize and facilitate satsangs, bhajans, and other spiritual gatherings that foster a sense of community and devotion.
  • Who can volunteer: Devotional singers, spiritual leaders, and anyone with the ability to create a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
  • Objective: To arrange and manage public discourses and lectures by eminent spiritual leaders and scholars on various aspects of Dharma.
  • Who can volunteer: Individuals with experience in public speaking, event management, and networking with spiritual organizations.
  • Objective: To assist in the administration, maintenance, and daily operations of temples and other places of worship.
  • Who can volunteer: Temple trustees, community leaders, and devotees willing to dedicate their time and skills to the upkeep of sacred spaces.
  • Objective: To ensure the safety and security of followers of Bharateeya Sanskruti during gatherings, events, and at places of worship.
  • Who can volunteer: Security professionals, ex-servicemen, and physically fit individuals trained in crowd management and security protocols.
  • Objective: To facilitate communication, collaboration, and a sense of unity among various saints, sages, and spiritual leaders across different traditions.
  • Who can volunteer: Individuals with strong interpersonal and coordination skills, who are respected within spiritual circles and can act as effective liaisons.

Education & Youth Development

This division is dedicated to educating the next generation and empowering youth with cultural and practical knowledge.

  • Objective: To impart Bharateeya Samskara Education, as per UGSE (Uniform General Samskara Education), to all children who belong to Bharateeya Sanskruti. UGSE will be imparted at General Samskara centres, on every Saturday and Sunday between 4:00 to 5:00 in the evening, wherein great ideals like equality, unity, humanity, firmness, self-reliance and patriotism will be instilled in our kids.
  • Who can volunteer: All teachers or individuals who have a passion for teaching can volunteer and impart education as defined under UGSE by Pujya Santas. Teachers need to conduct classes at the identified General Samskara Centres in their respective localities
  • Objective: To establish and support educational centers that offer a curriculum based on traditional Indian knowledge systems (Arsha Vidya).
  • Who can volunteer: Educators, academicians, and patrons of traditional education who can contribute to curriculum development, teaching, or funding.

  • Objective: To promote and teach Indian languages, particularly Sanskrit, to preserve linguistic heritage and provide access to ancient texts.
  • Who can volunteer: Language teachers, linguists, and native speakers who are passionate about teaching and preserving Indian languages.
  • Objective: To organize and promote cultural activities such as classical music and dance performances, art exhibitions, and workshops to celebrate and preserve Indian arts and culture.
  • Who can volunteer: Artists, cultural event organizers, and enthusiasts with a deep appreciation for Indian culture.
  • Objective: To engage and empower the youth by involving them in constructive activities, leadership development programs, and cultural education.

Who can volunteer: Young adults, youth leaders, and mentors who can inspire and guide the younger generation.

Objective:

To strengthen ‘value – based family system’ of our Bharateeya Sanskruti, and, to engage in the protection of our Nation.

Who can Volunteer:
Bachelors (Both Men and Women) who have strong alignment with BSMP’s dharmic and service values.

  • Objective: To leverage the discipline, skills, and experience of ex-service personnel for various organizational and community service activities.
  • Who can volunteer: Retired and former members of the armed forces and paramilitary forces.
  • Objective: To promote physical fitness and sportsmanship through the organization of traditional and modern sports activities.
  • Who can volunteer: Sports coaches, athletes, and sports enthusiasts who can organize and manage sporting events.

  • Objective: To empower individuals, especially women and youth, with self-defense skills through training in martial arts.
  • Who can volunteer: Martial arts instructors and experienced practitioners of self-defense techniques.

Health & Social Wellbeing Development

This division focuses on the holistic health and social welfare of the community.
